Community Heartbeat Foundation is a dedicated nonprofit organization committed to enhancing the lives of children and families in need. Our mission is to create a supportive environment through various initiatives, including providing nutritious food, organizing pop-up shops for special events, and hosting holiday and toy giveaways. We aim to bridge the gap for those facing challenges by ensuring that essential resources are accessible to all. In collaboration with community partners, such as the NYPD, the Department of Education, and several local organizations, we strive to foster a network of support that empowers families and children. Mission Statement
Mission Statement: Community Heartbeat Foundation, Inc. is dedicated to providing support and resources for children at risk and children with special needs in our community. Our mission is to ensure that every child has access to the necessary tools and resources to thrive in school and in life. Goals: 1.Provide school supplies, clothing, and other basic necessities to children in need. 2.Offer counseling and support services for children struggling with substance abuse issues. 3.Organize holiday parties and events to bring joy and cheer to children in difficult situations. 4.Provide sports support and opportunities for children to engage in physical activities and develop new skills. Details: Community Heartbeat Foundation, Inc. will work closely with local schools, social service agencies, and community partners to identify and support children in need. We will host donation drives, fundraisers, and events to raise awareness and funds for our programs. Our team of dedicated volunteers will work tirelessly to ensure that every child in our community has the support they need to succeed.
